Gloria Jean's Coffees IBN Battuta Mall Egypt Court

A super spacious and peaceful seating inside Ibn Battuta Mall in the Egypt court. The coffee shop is not very big but offers a wide range of hot and cold coffee. Their snacks also have a good range. I like their coffee, mocca being the best and the ultimate is the coconut white chocolate. The staff are super lively, welcome you and offer you the best of selection and service. They are super friendly and fun to strike a conversation. There are a few tables well laid apart in front of the cafe and during the pandemic all the local government regulations are being implemented. Any day morning coffee and breakfast would be a super calm and quiet moment at this location. A superb choice for a quick bite and a refreshing coffee.

Chicken Mayo toast: Pretty interesting flavour profiles. Though I felt that it needed some salt and ketchup. When I asked for these, they didn't have them unfortunately stating that "Sorry, we are out of these things for now and we have ordered them." My question is, How come do you run out of such essentials as a company? Anyway, its ingredients are cooked chicken, mayonnaise, and shredded cucumber. Chocolate Milkshake : The flavours were chocolaty and interesting. Caramel Milkshake : Nice flavours and compliments the flavour profiles of Lotus cheesecake. So you can easily order the 2 together as a combo. The downside though is that they will be too sweet for you together unless you are a big fan of sweets like me. Coconut Milkshake : Tastes terrible and I cannot empathise enough on how much I would NEVER repeat my experience with this badly flavoured milkshake, like EVER!! Lotus Cheesecake : Tastes rich in lotus, cream and butter. Super tasty.

Dear Team, I visited Gloria Jean’s at Ibn Battuta Mall yesterday around 12 PM, and I had the pleasure of meeting one of your employees (I believe her name was Iqsa or Aqsa—apologies if I got it wrong). I truly wanted to share my experience because it was exceptional. Before coming to Gloria Jean’s, I had visited Starbucks in the same mall, but unfortunately, I left disappointed with both the customer service and the coffee quality. However, my mood completely changed the moment I walked into Gloria Jean’s and met your staff member. She is an absolute gem—such a sweet and pure soul! The way she handled customers with genuine warmth and positivity was remarkable. Her attitude and the energy she brings to her work really made a difference in my day. Employees like her deserve recognition for their dedication and for creating such a positive customer experience. I hope her manager appreciates her efforts as much as I do. Food is really good. We tried the new drinks - Matcha. Yousef made it so delish. Thanks to him for assistance as well. Very accommodating to his customer and he has knowledge with the menu. Keep it up. till next

Located in a nice and less crowded part of IBN Battuta mall. The coffee and cakes we ordered tasted good, not too sweet. And because of the pandemic, our food was served in disposable cups and plates .

Great stopover in Ibn Battuta with a cool ancient atmosphere. It has enough chairs and tables. Wide selection of pastries. Coffee is not the best but can be enough. I love their serving cup, it’s big. Baristas are polite but can improve more by smiling.
